What if my favorite item is Out of Stock?

It happened! You fell in love with one of our fabulous products but now its out of stock. So what happens next?

If you are in love with one of our items, please contact us to inquire about getting that item restocked. We will do our best to ensure you are able to get your hands on your favorite Birchwood products.

Because we do feature hand crafted merchandise from different artists, we may not be able to get certain items back in stock. The artists we feature pride themselves on creating on-of-a-kind and unique products. This means they may only make a limited number of each item they create.
